WHERE IS THE ORDER?
In June 2019, we have introduced a new warehouse system that enables products to be shipped the next business day at the latest on your order. If you make an order in the morning, it will be picked up for the same day.

The delivery time is 1-3 business days and it is calculated from the day after the order date. The order will be delivered to the nearest Post office, which is determined by your postal code. You will be notified of the arrival of the shipment by SMS to the mobile phone number you have notified to your customer account

Returns & Change

Didn't the product meet your expectations or do you need to resize?

Please remember that you have 14 days to decide if you want to change your product from the day you received your order.

Please remember that you as a customer are responsible for ensuring that your return is received by us, so you should always keep a return receipt from your Post. In some cases, it may take up to 14 days to receive and process a refund.

 

You have 14 days to decide if you want your products to be counted from the day you received your order. Please note that all items that you send back must be in the original condition and must contain all the product data sheets affixed.

 

Orders are delivered with a Return Label that can easily return your product or products. Please note that before making a refund, you must send a free cancellation notice to the customer service (see instructions at the end of the text).

Which is deducted from the amount to be returned.

 

When a customer cancels his / her purchase, Baseativa returns the amount paid by the customer for the product, including shipping charges. Refund does not cover additional shipping costs due to the fact that the customer has chosen a standard delivery other than that offered by Baseativa. If only part of the order is returned, shipping costs will not be refunded. Baseativa is entitled to deduct from the amount to be refunded an amount corresponding to the product's depreciation compared to the original value of the product if and to the extent that such impairment is due to the customer having processed the product more than is necessary to determine its function or properties.

 

To use your cancellation right, you can contact customer service info@baseativa.fi and make a free-form cancellation notice showing the details of the Order (Order Number and Returnable Items), the reason for the Refund and your account number for returning the money.
